Schrock's is the very best at computer repair. Dawson fixed my laptop and made it run like a top. Their Virus/Spam/Maintenance protection is fabulous and it works without me having to do anything. Dawson was very good at explaining what was done and how to keep my lap top running well. He patiently spent 30 minutes answering my questions.

Our Venture computer was in the Omaha Service Center for Preventative Maintenance and a larger Solid State Drive. Turns out that the CPU and the Motherboard needed to be replaced too. They were replaced under my extended warranty. I encourage everyone to buy the Schrock Extended Warranty! It saved a lot of money for us. A Big Thank You to Amy, Parker, Dawson, Trenton and anyone else who helped bring our computer back to life. Fantastic Crew!

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. My daughter brought in a laptop. The guy who greeted us was nice - went downhill from there. Called after not receiving a diagnosis for a few days, and after back and forth, were told that we'd have to commit to sending the laptop to Lincoln for a diagnosis. We opted to pick up the laptop and take it to another repair shop in Omaha. The other shop had the problem diagnosed inside an hour and a half, received the part, and had it fixed in two days.

Schrock Computer services has been far above any others we’ve experienced. They retrieved data from a hard drive that had crashed several years ago. When taken to computer companies at that time we were told it was impossible to do what we asked. The drive contained a family video I desperately wanted. Instead of recycling the useless drive we saved it. I was over joyed when Schrock at the Omaha location accomplished what I was told couldn’t be done. 😀. Best of all the cost of doing it was very affordable.

My laptop goes to Schrock Innovations for twice yearly maintenance and that keeps it in great shape. Maybe only once or twice in all the years I've had it (probably 5 or more by now) have we had to take it in for extra care.

Overpriced repair for a hard drive replacement. Over $600. The took advantage for a senior. When we got the computer back, the ethernet card was not working. We went back to have repaired, and they wanted to charge another hour labor to look at it. Never going back!

I've been a customer of Scrock for many years,after hearing Thor on KFAB. I have never had a more profitable and enjoyable relationship with any other business. Whether purchasing new equipment or servicing and repair, this is the best place that I have found. The staff are above average in their knowledge and willingness to help those of us who are ignorant in the computer science!
